Delegates Sales Executive (New York) Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our New York office for an experienced conference sales executive to join our growing delegate sales team to continue the rapid growth already experienced over the last years. Working across a vast portfolio of Fortune 1000 organizations, you will attract senior level decision makers from the private sector.
You will be responsible for: Generating new business and increasing revenue from existing and new clients
- Your own development supported by our in-house training program
- Accurately forecasting and reporting activities and results to your manager
- Providing input to the strategy and direction of the business for campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales experience, preferable in delegate or conference sales (candidates with other types of B2B sales or cold calling experience will be considered)
- Build and manage a client base within private sector organizations
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
- Go-getter type of person with the ability to work in an autonomous environment
- The ability to identify target audience and stay focused in placing outbound calls in upwards of 100 dials daily to achieve sales goals.
- Experience in self-generating sales leads as well as the capability to work off of warm leads
- It will also be required to attend conferences based in the US.
